Scheduled MyPass Platform Downtime
We are writing to inform you of an upcoming scheduled downtime for our solution. This downtime is necessary to perform critical maintenance and updates that will improve the overall performance and stability of the service.
Downtime Details • Date: 9 to 10 December 2023 • Start Time: 8PM SAST on December 9th • Expected completion time: 2AM SAST on December 10th
Impact During this downtime, access to our Password Manager, IVM and Helpdesk portals will be unavailable. This means you will not be able to access features such as account enrollment, account unlock, password resets or any of the assistance features.
What to expect • We will begin the maintenance at 8PM SAST on December 9th. • You may experience intermittent service disruptions or complete outages starting at that time. • We expect to complete the maintenance and restore full service by 2AM SAST on December 10th. • We will send out an update once the maintenance is complete and the service is back online.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to improve the service for all our customers.
