Just dropping in to let you know that we will be shutting down or engines for a scheduled upgrade of our main system on Wednesday the 17th of November between the maintenance window indicated below. This new version brings along security and stability improvements, as well as some new features like Identity Verification Manager. Maintenance Details Start: 17 November 2021 23:00 SAST End: 18 November 2021 01:00 SAST Purpose: Upgrade the MyPass system from v3.6 to v4. Impact: Self-Service and Helpdesk portals will be unreachable during this time. The Notification and Discovery services will also be affected.
