We would like to inform you of the upcoming security upgrades to both our MyPass Client and Helpdesk Client applications in all data centres.

These security upgrades will include deprecation of TLS version 1.0 and 1.1 to provide more secure services and best in class encryption. As of April 16th, we will only support TLS v1.2 or TLS v1.3 protocols, meaning that all connections with a TLS version lower than 1.2 will no longer work.

If you are unable to connect to MyPass following this date, please ensure that you have the latest version of your favourite browser installed.
