On July 23 2025, at approximately 12:32 PM SAST, our web server cluster experienced a loss of network connectivity, resulting in degraded service availability across our Self-Service Portals. The issue was caused by a network abnormality at our service provider, impacting inter-server communication and causing partial outages for our MyPass hosted applications.
