We will be undergoing some minor patches on Wednesday evening. Over this maintenance window we will be introducing a whole host of new features while adding improvements and bug fixes to many existing components, while also bringing our new IVM system into the spotlight. Maintenance Details Start: 08 December 2021 21:00 SAST End: 08 December 2021 22:00 SAST Purpose: Patch version 4.0.0 to 4.0.0.21161 Impact: Self-Service and Helpdesk portals will be unreachable during this time. The Notification and Discovery services will also be affected.
